To achieve energy clean alternative and alternative energy has become the inevitable trend of China’s energy development,because of the randomness of new energy and volatility makes it become a big problem.Increasing power load peak and valley differential not only a serious threat to the grid security,economic operation,but also increase the power generation costs and operating costs,and power users can change the electricity behavior by regulating the power system load.The implementation of the demand response to encourage power users according to the price signal,take the initiative to reduce or increase the intensity of electricity,as long as the power user’s response to the power to balance the new energy grid,the response speed to cope with new energy power changes,The supply and demand balance on the basis of promoting new energy consumption.In this paper,the industrial users as the object of study,aims to promote a kind of industrial users can participate in demand response projects,and in the process of response to the demand as much as possible to absorb new energy incentives.To this end,the first comprehensive review of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of demand response research results,and China’s new energy development and utilization profiles,demand response theory and system dynamics theory were described.Secondly,based on the current situation of the response of industrial users in China,the characteristics of power consumption and load characteristics of key industries such as steel industry,machinery industry,nonferrous metal industry and chemical industry are analyzed deeply,and the demand response potential is obtained As well as influencing the influencing factors of their participation in demand response projects,and explores the feasibility of industrial users participating in new energy consumption during the demand response process.Then,by drawing the analysis of the linkage between the interests of the industrial users,power grid companies,power generation enterprises and government departments,the incentive mechanism of external incentive subsidy and internal benefit sharing is put forward,and the demand response user’s participation can be selected.To avoid the peak load ratio and other evaluation indicators,with Vensim software to build a demand response project simulation analysis equation.Finally,the Jilin area industrial users for the simulation analysis of the object,no external incentive subsidies no internal benefit sharing,external incentive subsidies without internal benefit sharing and no external incentive subsidies have internal benefit sharing three scenarios to simulate,so that the incentive mechanism has been Further improve and evaluate the implementation effect of the demand response project under different scenarios,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
