| Since the 1980 s,China’s intelligent manufacturing industry has developed rapidly and now ranks first in the world.Although China is the world’s largest smart manufacturing superpower,it has been labeled as "big but not strong".At present,my country’s economic construction is in the transition stage from high-speed development to high-quality development.Whether the real economy is prosperous or not determines whether the economy can develop healthily and sustainably.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the competitiveness of my country’s intelligent manufacturing.In the rapid expansion of the scale of our motherland’s advanced technology industry,the Yangtze River coastal cities have good geographical conditions and a perfect economic foundation.Its economic take-off is of great significance and has huge development potential.Therefore,it must play an active role in the new development pattern and vigorously promote the highly competitive development of intelligent manufacturing.According to the proposed intelligent manufacturing competitiveness connotation and index system construction principles,the paper designs a synthesized appraise index system including five dimensions.Using model of entropy method-TOPSIS was to understand the competitiveness level of the advanced technology industry in the Yangtze River coastal cities during the 11 years from 2008 to 2018.The coefficient of variation,obstacle degree model and other analysis methods are used to comprehensively and comprehensively analyze the overall measurement results.the result shows:(1)From the perspective of the intelligent manufacturing industry in the entire Yangtze River Economic Belt,although its intelligent manufacturing competitiveness fluctuates,it shows a good trend of upward development as a whole,and the overall difference shows a step-by-step downward trend.(2)From a regional perspective,the competitiveness of advanced technology manufacturing in the study area coastal cities are shown as downstream > midstream >upstream,and the gap between the upstream and the midstream is narrowing year by year.The overall difference in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is caused by regional differences.(3)In terms of dimensions,the five dimensions of advanced manufacturing competitiveness in the study area coastal cities are obvious difference,but the competitiveness of the different study area in the 3 study area provinces and cities are in high index.It is worth noting that the four midstream provinces have generally low scores for resource saving ability.(4)Judging from the results of the obstacle degree diagnosis,among the five dimensions,Sustainable Development and Scientific and Technological Innovation Capability,and resource saving ability have become the most important obstacle factors affecting the competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing in the three major sectors of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Among them,green development Capability is the decisive factor hindering the competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Among all the indicators,the top three barriers that affect the competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are all from the dimension of green development capability,especially the amount of wastewater discharged per unit of output value of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.The barriers of 11 provinces and cities along the economic belt are all greater than 10%.Based on the conclusions drawn above,the following recommendations are made:(1)insisting on enhancing the capability of technological and scientific innovation without slackening.Jiangxi Province has relatively large obstacles in the dimension of scientific and technological innovation capability,and there are obvious shortcomings in technological innovation,input and output,etc.It is necessary to speed up the process of technological and scientific innovation,so as to get a good result in the scientific and technological innovation capability of Jiangxi Province’s advanced technology industry.(2)Improve speed of the integrated development of intelligent and industrialization,and enhance the standard of digitalization.Deeply promote the promotion of 5G base stations,increase network speed and reduce fees,provide convenience for the development of regional intelligent manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and strongly support the development of regional intelligent manufacturing industries.(3)Focus on economic development and form a virtuous development cycle.The governments of all regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt should actively encourage,support,and guide the development of leading intelligent manufacturing-related enterprises with market potential and strong market competitiveness,and drive the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry in the entire region with the model of "get rich first and get rich later".Comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing in the region.(4)Always adhere to the sustainable development path of resource conservation and protect lucid waters and lush mountains.The three provinces and cities in the lower reaches of the study area coastal cities must play the role of "leaders" and actively develop towards "high-end" advanced manufacturing;the four provinces in the middle reaches must lay a solid foundation to undertake the transfer of downstream industries;the breakthrough in the development of the four upstream provinces and cities should be the industry Strengths,replace weaknesses with strengths. |
