Study On High Quality Development Path Of Sports Tourism In Ningxia Section Of Yellow River Basin

With the construction of the Yellow River basin ecological protection and high-quality development pilot area,it provides a new historical opportunity for the development of sports tourism in Ningxia.Sports tourism not only promotes personal physical and mental health,but also greatly drives the development of related industries.It is a green,sunrise industry and the fastest growing segment market in the tourism industry.As a region with prominent sports tourism resources,Ningxia should follow the trend of development of The Times and seek a high quality development road of sports tourism according to the specific situation of the region.Based on the background of Ningxia’s construction of the Yellow River basin ecological protection and high-quality development pilot area,this paper systematically studies the high-quality development path of sports tourism in Ningxia section of the Yellow River Basin through literature,mathematical statistics,expert investigation,comparative analysis and logical analysis.Firstly,the present situation of sports tourism development in Ningxia section of Yellow River Basin is analyzed.Secondly,taking the development of sport tourism in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River basin as the reference object,the evaluation index system of sport tourism development in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin is constructed,and the development level of sport tourism in Ningxia section of the Yellow River Basin is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by using the entropy-weight Topsis method,so as to find out the shortcomings of the development of sport tourism in Ningxia.Finally,based on the problems,the paper puts forward the high quality development path of sports tourism in Ningxia section of the Yellow River Basin.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:First,Ningxia pays more attention to the development of sports tourism,and the local government has issued relevant policies to support the development of sports tourism.Ningxia sports tourism natural resources are relatively rich,but sports tourism human resources are relatively less;Centering on sports tourism resources,Ningxia sports tourism development has begun to take shape;From 2015 to 2019,Ningxia’s tourism industry developed rapidly and its scale kept rising.In the analysis of tourists’ participation purpose,culture and sports,scientific and technological exchange and religion take a low proportion.Secondly,the entropy-Topsis method is used to analyze: In the development of sports and tourism,Ningxia’s development level is low,and there is a gap with other provinces;In the process of innovation and development,Ningxia is generally stable and at the upper level.In the coordinated development,Ningxia performs better and is in an upward trend,but there is an unstable situation.In green development,Ningxia’s performance is relatively stable,in the above level;In the index of opening up,Ningxia’s development level is low and its development is in an upward trend.In the process of shared development,Ningxia is generally stable and at the upper level,which still has room for improvement.In the measurement of the high quality development level of sports tourism in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River basin,Ningxia sports tourism development is relatively stable,always in the middle level,there is a gap with Shaanxi,Sichuan and other provinces,there is still a large space for development.Thirdly,the problems of sports tourism in Ningxia include: in the process of innovation and development,the development level of sports tourism resources is low,and the innovation power of sports tourism is insufficient;In the coordinated development,the regional development of sports tourism is not balanced,and the development of sports tourism is not balanced between urban and rural areas.In green development,the concept of development needs further transformation and the level of development is still low.In the open development,sports tourism publicity is not enough,the international visibility of scenic spots is low;In shared development,the capacity of public services is insufficient and the income gap between urban and rural areas is large.Fourthly,based on the above comprehensive analysis,the following development paths are proposed:In terms of Ningxia innovation and development,we should adhere to market orientation and speed up the innovation of sports tourism products.We need to improve our service capacity and build an intelligent service system.For coordinated development:to deepen regional cooperation,help the development of sports tourism in northwest;We will promote integration between urban and rural areas and revitalize sports tourism in rural areas.In terms of green development,it is necessary to strengthen policy guarantee and expand sports tourism market subjects;We will strengthen ecological protection and accelerate the transformation of the pattern of economic development.In terms of open development,we should build an international platform of sports tourism with the help of national strategy;We should establish sports tourism brand image according to regional positioning.In terms of shared development,it is necessary to improve the system and mechanism,and enhance the efficiency of factor sharing guarantee;We should share sports resources and promote the development of fitness for all.
