Problems And Countermeasures Of Intelligent Public Transportation Management In Chengdu

Since IBM put forward the concept of "smart city" in 2010,smart city has become a hot spot of urban management in the 21 st century.Smart transportation,smart government,smart medical and other urban management concepts have been put forward one after another,and smart public transportation has also emerged.Smart public transport management is an important part of urban management.The goal of urban management is to achieve high-quality urban public transport products.As the provider of social public products,the government needs to strengthen the smart public transport management to meet the convenient travel needs of the people.Smart bus management is one of the core issues of government urban governance.Solving the smart bus management problem is conducive to the government to achieve social public benefits and promote the improvement of the government’s public governance ability.As a new first tier city of "Park City" in China,intelligent public transportation management has certain demonstration and typicality.This paper makes a systematic study on the intelligent public transportation management in Chengdu,in order to put forward some suggestions for the intelligent public transportation managers in Chengdu,and also provide reference for other cities in the intelligent public transportation management.Under the background of Chengdu’s smart city management,the key part of Chengdu’s smart transportation management,smart public transportation management,has also achieved initial results.In this paper,the intelligent process of specific management projects in Chengdu smart bus management is analyzed as a case.The status quo,effectiveness and existing problems of smart bus management are taken as the research objects.With the idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems,the paper makes a systematic study on Chengdu smart bus management by using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and induction,Based on the theory of public management,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for Chengdu smart bus management from the perspective of public management.Through the research,it is found that the intelligent public transport management in Chengdu has made the public transport service in Chengdu reach a certain level of intelligence,which has played a certain role in alleviating the traffic congestion in Chengdu.However,the intelligent level of urban public transport needs to be strengthened and improved.At the same time,there are still some problems in the intelligent public transport management,such as the relationship between the management bodies,the relationship between the management bodies and the management system There are some problems between the management subject and the participants,such as the information barrier,the weak guidance of urban management scheme,the need to improve the intelligent level of urban public transport,and the lack of public participation.Therefore,combined with the theory of public goods and urban management,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to give full play to the coordination role of government management subject: first,scientific organizational structure as the support;second,advanced management concepts as the guidance;third,smooth information exchange channels as the path;fourth,strong guarantee as the support,In order to fully realize the wisdom of urban public transport in Chengdu and strive to provide high-quality public transport service products.
