Research On Construction Of New Smart City In Tianjin Binhai New Area

The emergence and rapid development of the new generation of information technology,such as cloud computing and Internet of things,has promoted the concept of smart city.Since 2009 IBM put forward the concept of the smart city,all the countries of the world have attached great importance to this concept.Since 2013,China has published the first batch of pilot cities of smart cities.By this time,more than 300 cities have brought the construction of smart cities into the overall strategic layout of the city.With the increasing degree of urbanization in China,a series of problems,such as population,environment and traffic,are faced in the course of the operation and development of the city.Smart city,especially the concept of new smart city at the national level in recent years,has provided a new direction for solving these problems.Research on the planning and construction of smart city in Binhai New Area of Tianjin,analyze the problems in the process of development.Through analysis and research,it can be concluded that guiding the construction of smart cities with the concept of new smart cities is an effective way to improve the development level of smart cities.
