Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Smart City Of Chengdu

As China’s economic and social development has entered a new normal,regional coordinated development has become an important driving force for the healthy development of the national economy.Smart City has gradually become the main form of new urbanization construction.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have made major decisions to promote the construction of Smart City based on the actual development of my country’s informatization and new urbanization,which is an effective way to prosper the digital economy and build a digital China.Smart cities have gradually become the main form of new urbanization construction,but also face many opportunities and challenges.In recent years,the new first-tier cities represented by Chengdu have made a lot of explorations in the construction of smart city,and achieved remarkable results,providing important cases for the southwest region and even the whole country on the road of smart construction,and for domestic research on smart city.significant.But on the whole,the construction of smart city is still in its infancy.With the expansion of the city and the advancement of new urbanization,Chengdu is also facing a series of problems such as urban governance,coordinated development,and optimization of service efficiency,all of which need to be more efficient.to solve the problem of smart city construction.This paper selects Chengdu as the object to study the construction level of smart city in Chengdu.Firstly,the development history and relevant theories of smart city at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,the use of text analysis,investigation,analysis,multi-dimensional analysis about the present situation of the wisdom of Chengdu city construction,summarizes the wisdom of Chengdu city construction has attaches great importance to the government level,the policy system preliminary formation,attaches great importance to the application scenario structures,three aspects of characteristics,points out that the mechanism of information island and barrier,citizens’ satisfaction is not high,project resource waste three problems,And the analysis of the top design overall planning degree is not high,the top design overall planning degree is not high,digital intensive level is not high three reasons.Thirdly,the good practices and experiences of Hangzhou,Shenzhen,Singapore,Los Angeles and other domestic and foreign cities in smart city construction are sorted out for reference.Finally,based on the above analysis results,suggestions for the improvement of Chengdu smart city construction policies are put forward,including optimization of system and mechanism and policy design,more emphasis on innovation and talent driven,more emphasis on people-oriented construction concept,and more encouragement of diversified participation in the development mode.This paper innovation mainly embodied in the policy text analysis and questionnaire survey analysis of the masses’ satisfaction as the guidance hands means a combination of research analysis,trying to conclude that in the wisdom of Chengdu’s construction in terms of the characteristics,problems,to explore the cause of the problem,in order to example supplementary effect theory and empirical studies in this field,It provides optimization reference for relevant policies of Chengdu Smart city construction.
