China is a large agricultural country. The land problem is not only the basic problem to be faced in the process of agricultural production, but also the core problem to be solved in the process of realizing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Since the reform and opening up,China has implemented the household contract system for rural land. However, with the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization in recent years, the traditional rural land management model is no longer suitable for the production model and economic structure required by modern agriculture. The traditional family management model of small farmers is gradually replaced by large-scale intensive management,This puts forward new requirements for the reform of China’s land system, and land transfer is the only way to promote land intensive use, improve land utilization rate and strengthen agricultural production efficiency. Therefore,it is of great significance to complete the assumption of agricultural modernization, realize rural revitalization and study the problem of land transfer. As the main body of land transfer, farmers’ willingness and attitude towards land transfer are of great significance to the process of land transfer. This paper takes this as the starting point, selects farmers in Jiamusi City,Heilongjiang Province as an example, combs and summarizes the previous scholars’ research on land transfer, makes in-depth research and obtains first-hand data,And build a binary logistic model to make a regression analysis on the factors affecting farmers’ land transfer willingness in Jiamusi City, and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of empirical analysis.By combing the literature on land transfer at home and abroad, this paper defines the concepts of farmers, rural land property right system and rural land transfer, constructs the research framework of this paper combined with land rent, land price theory, economies of scale theory and land property right theory, and designs a questionnaire based on the mature scale studied by previous scholars.A questionnaire survey was conducted on farmers in Jiamusi City,470 valid questionnaires were collected, and 10 variables were selected as influencing factors to put forward the basic assumptions of this paper.By constructing a binary logistic model and based on the questionnaire data, this paper makes an empirical analysis. The results show that the age of farmers, the number of people engaged in agricultural production and the area of cultivated land have a significant negative impact on farmers’ willingness to land transfer. In contrast, the education level of farmers, the proportion of family non-agricultural income, the understanding of land transfer policies, the participation of relatives and friends in land transfer, and the convenience of land transfer have a significant positive impact on farmers’ willingness to land transfer. The purchase of housing in cities and towns and the degree of land transfer supported by local policies have no significant impact on farmers’ land transfer intention.According to the above analysis results,it is proposed to strengthen the cultivation of farmers’ knowledge and skills and the technical level of agricultural production;Promote the transfer of rural labor force and optimize the non-agricultural employment environment;Improve the land system and standardize the land transfer market;Strengthen policy interpretation and do a good job in the publicity of land transfer.
