Research On Farmer Specialized Cooperative In Ethnic Area Under The Common Prosperity

Farmer Specialized Cooperative is an important form of organization of the rural collective economy in the new era,and is an effective way to enhance farmers’ business capacity,improve the organization of farmers and increase farmers’ income.in July 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed during an inspection and research in Lu Wei Agricultural Cooperative in Lishu County,Jilin Province,that farmers’ cooperatives and family farms and other new agricultural business entities should be actively supported,and encouraged to explore different models of cooperation in accordance with local conditions.The cooperative model,the cooperative to run more prosperous.At present and in the future period,promote the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives,grow the collective economy of rural areas is an important measure to promote sustainable income growth of farmers and achieve common prosperity.Common prosperity is inseparable from the prosperity of farmers.Only when farmers embark on the road of common prosperity,can the gap between urban and rural areas be completely eliminated,and truly ensure that no one falls behind on the road of common prosperity,in order to fully embody social harmony,the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In recent years,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has achieved fruitful results in rural economic development and rural revitalization under the guidance of national policies,among which the rapid development of farmers’ professional cooperatives has played a great role.However,many problems have been encountered in the process of development.This study focuses on the farmers’ professional cooperatives in the areas where Korean people gather,and takes Yilan Town of Yanji City as an example,and uses literature research method,field survey method and case study method to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Yilan Town.Firstly,the theories related to common prosperity and cooperatives are briefly described.Then the natural situation of Yilan town and the development status of farmers’ professional cooperatives are introduced in detail according to the data of the Statistical Yearbook of Yanbian Prefecture and Yanbian Prefecture Market Supervision Administration.Up to 2021,there are 61 farmers’ professional cooperatives registered in Yilan town,and the number has been slightly reduced in the past three years due to the banning of shell societies.To summarize the current situation of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Yilan Township,there is a serious imbalance in the development among villages,and there are few types of industries and a serious imbalance in the development of each type of industry.At the same time,the social effectiveness of farmers’ professional cooperatives is summarized.Finally,under the perspective of common prosperity,the problems in the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in ethnic areas are pointed out,such as insufficient capacity for their own development,profit distribution needs to be improved,insufficient work in driving low-income groups,and limited support from local government.In order to solve the above problems,effectively promote the coordinated and sustainable development of farmers’ professional cooperatives,and drive farmers and rural areas to achieve common prosperity as soon as possible,the author tries to put forward several suggestions from the national side,local government side and cooperatives’ own side,namely,encouraging the creation of common prosperity farmers’ professional cooperatives,tilting the national policy toward common prosperity farmers’ professional cooperatives,local government further increasing financial and talent training support,and improving the management system of cooperatives themselves.
