Research On The Realization Path Of Farmer Cooperative Platform To Promote The Common Prosperity Of Small Farmers Under The Development Of Modern Agriculture

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "Chinese-style modernization is the modernization of common prosperity of all the people",emphasizing that "the most arduous and arduous task in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way is still in the rural areas".Modern agriculture improves the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural operation by optimizing the allocation of factors,extending the industrial chain,and deriving new business forms,and has become an important starting point for promoting the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.However,on the whole,the level of development of modern agriculture by small farmers in China is not high,and it is necessary to use organizational strength to drive small farmers to organically connect with modern agricultural development to increase income.The farmer cooperative platform in the new era not only retains the independent operation form based on the family operation model of small farmers,but also considers the needs of modern agricultural development,and helps small farmers connect with the modern agricultural market to realize the value of agricultural products in this compatible form,which is a platform organization with both rural production tradition and modern agricultural industry characteristics.In this regard,from the perspective of farmer cooperative platform,this study comprehensively uses platform organization theory and value co-creation theory,and uses logical deduction analysis,propensity score matching(PSM)and typical case analysis to carry out exploratory research,reveal the internal logic and implementation path of farmer cooperative platform to promote the common prosperity of small farmers under the development of modern agriculture,and draw the following conclusions.First,the farmer cooperative platform mainly has the functions of synergy integration,product innovation and value realization,and uses these platform functions to promote the common prosperity of smallholder farmers.The internal logic of the farmer cooperative platform to promote the common prosperity of smallholder farmers under the development of modern agriculture can be expressed as: the farmer cooperative platform promotes the development of agricultural modernization and aggregates smallholder farmers through factor integration and subject synergy,subject interaction and knowledge spillover,large-scale production and channel expansion,and promotes the realization of the goal of common prosperity of smallholder farmers in the organic connection between smallholder farmers and modern agriculture.Problems such as industrial inefficiency and difficult market docking have continuously enhanced the agricultural management efficiency of small farmers and promoted the common prosperity of small farmers.Second,from the propensity score results estimated by the Logit model and the results related to the mediation effect,the promotion of common prosperity of smallholder farmers under the development of modern agriculture is mainly affected by factors such as factor integration ability,division of labor and cooperation degree,innovation frequency,education level,sales channels,and integration of three industries.By improving these elements,the Farmer Cooperatives Platform can raise the income level of smallholder farmers in improving the efficiency of agricultural products,promoting agricultural innovation,and broadening agricultural product marketing channels,and promote the common prosperity of smallholders.It can be seen that under the development of modern agriculture,farmers’ cooperatives have played a role in providing a platform for promoting the common prosperity of small farmers.Third,the farmer cooperative platform connects many agricultural factors to form a consensus on modern agricultural development,and stimulates the demonstration effect of capable people to increase the trust of small farmers by giving play to the exemplary role of party members and cadres,promotes the joint innovation of multiple subjects to stimulate the co-creation effect of agricultural value,opens up diversified sales channels to stimulate channel effect,and uses scientific and reasonable benefit distribution mechanisms to stimulate wealth effect,so as to improve the enthusiasm of small farmers to participate in modern agricultural development and enhance the momentum of modernization development of small farmers.Leading smallholder farmers towards common prosperity.Therefore,the local government should attach importance to the important role of the farmer cooperative platform in promoting the common prosperity of small farmers under the development of modern agriculture,vigorously support the construction of the farmer cooperative platform,encourage the participation of colleges and universities,scientific research institutes and village elites,give play to the exemplary role of Party members and cadres and typical farmers,and attract more small farmers to join the farmer cooperative platform.Encourage the platform of farmers’ cooperatives to organize innovation and the joint innovation of diversified agricultural management entities,build a modern new farmer training system,and further improve the modernization and development capabilities of small farmers;Continue to promote the innovation of the income distribution system and mechanism of smallholder farmers’ participation in cooperative platforms,actively promote the extension of modern agricultural industrial chains and the derivation of new business formats,establish and improve relevant supervision mechanisms for farmers’ cooperative platforms,and ensure that smallholders obtain reasonable agricultural income.
