With the development of global economy and the aggravation of market competition,more and more manufacturing enterprises begin to transform to service industry,especially in western developed countries.Outsourcing low value-added manufacturing industry to less developed or developing countries with lower labor costs,and mastering high value-added services on their own.This transformation makes its industrial structure and some international manufacturing enterprises have strong competitiveness.The process of service transformation of China’s manufacturing industry is far behind that of western countries.This extensive development mode of manufacturing industry can no longer meet the needs of China’s future economic development.The fierce market competition requires manufacturing enterprises to pay attention to their own core competitiveness,change business philosophy and innovate business model.Service has become an important means for manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitiveness and profitability.Exploring the transformation path from production-oriented manufacturing to serviceoriented manufacturing is of great significance for improving the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry.Based on the literature review of the service transformation path of manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the service transformation path of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of manufacturing service orientation,this paper studies the approaches and modes of M company’s service-oriented transformation,analyzes the internal situation of M company,and summarizes the necessity of enterprise service-oriented transformation by using SWOT method.Based on the construction path of manufacturing service and product service system,this paper designs four business models: strengthening the after-sales service of M company’s products,developing leasing business,integrating solutions and outsourcing cleaning services,so as to realize the strategic transformation of M company’s service orientation through core business.This paper discusses the optimization of organizational elements,the establishment of service system,the improvement of data support and the smooth implementation of M company’s service strategy.Through the above research,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)in the face of increasing market competition,profits continue to decline,the manufacturing industry to seek value-added,improve competitiveness is the necessity of sustainable development of enterprises,manufacturing industry service-oriented transformation is a method in line with the strategic direction of enterprises,can effectively solve the problems faced by enterprises;(2)through the research on the current situation of M company and SW OT analysis,from the market demand,the company’s internal and external resource conditions evaluation,service-oriented transformation is feasible.(3)Through the comparative analysis of M company’s service transformation path and mode,M company’s service transformation is suitable for the service transformation to the downstream of the industrial chain. |
