At present, the Chinese economy is undergoing restructuring and change theway of development. The development of commercial Banks rely on marketenvironment and the institutional environment in the event of a major change. Macroeconomic transition, the rapid growth of social wealth, the enterprise financialservices demand diversification and the internationalization of enterprise operationof commercial Banks in China traditional management system put forward newrequirements, financial disintermediation increasingly deepening, the increasingprogress of interest rate marketization, the hardening of the hard constraints ofcapital of commercial Banks in China poses challenges traditional operationalmechanism. Significant changes in the environment and the increasingly fiercecompetition in the market circumstances, the unsustainable model mainly depend onthe interest income of commercial Banks, Banks are also comply with the changingsituation, planning management transformation, try to change relying too much oncapital takes up high wholesale conditions of the credit business, explore newdevelopment model, in order to better adapt to the change of external economic andfinancial environment and the need of its further development, in a new round ofcompetition to keep sustained, steady and healthy development.Commercial bank management transformation involves a series of basictheoretical issues, both more involved how to perform the established strategythrough work practice, validation, as to whether the optimal strategy and continue toimprove the problem, is a practical subject. This paper adopted the research methodof combining theory and practice through the analysis of some domestic commercialBanks in recent years, the experiences and lessons of business transformation,combined with my years of experience in the contractor’s bank baotou branch, striveto find out the best city commercial bank branch business transformation strategy, toguide the practice.Is analyzed in detail in this paper the background of contractor’s bank baotoubranch business transformation, demonstrates the contractor in detail the urgency and necessity of transformation of baotou branch of the bank management, mainlydisplays in: the external economic environment changes, the domestic financialmarket and policy changes, baotou branch business competitiveness decline, etc.Again, from the contractor’s bank baotou branch management, management of twoaspects, summarizes the branch for a long time accumulation of eight questions, andthe reason for the existence of the analysis, this paper expounds the companyfinancials and specific transformation practices of the retail business sector. Finally,combining with the commercial bank management practice, this paper expounds themanagement transformation in how to move through a comprehensive businessphilosophy, to adjust the business structure and strengthen the risk managementmeasures from several aspects such as to speed up the transformation of themeasures.
