| As the world enters the 21st century,science and technology develop with each passing day,and the integration of global economy deepens,the market competition tends to saturation,and turns from incremental competition to stock competition.In the face of the rapidly changing market competition environment,the competition between enterprises is no longer the simple competition between individuals,but the competition between supply chains with enterprises as the core.In order to ensure that enterprises are invincible in the market competition,enterprises must innovate the methodology of quality management:from the internal circulation to the external circulation,that is,from the traditional closed internal quality management to open quality management throughout the supply chain.Based on the supply chain management theory,the quality management theory and other related management theories and methods,this thesis systematically studies on the supply chain quality management.H Company is an American-funded enterprise who focuses on design、manufacturing and sales the automatic identification&data acquisition equipment.In recent years,it has been rapidly expanded and developed due to multiple mergers and integration by the parent company.In order to meet the rapid development,the company needs to improve the supply chain quality management capability.This thesis selects the H company as the object to perform actual case study,to investigate the real situation of H company supply chain quality management,then to reveal the problems which experienced during the supply chain quality management and to carry out specific analysis on these problems,finally put forward the optimization scheme based on the quality of supply chain management theory,which including the standardization process of supplier selection evaluation,strengthening supplier performance evaluation mechanism,improve the product quality reliability verification process of supply chain,strengthen efforts to build a supply chain continuously improve product quality and customer quality feedback rapid response and effective treatment.Finally,this thesis puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the supply chain quality management optimization scheme of H Company and the prospect of the follow-up research. |
