Research On The Impact Of Supply Chain Quality Leadershipand Quality Integration On Quality Performance

The product quality problems of Chinese enterprises are frequent,and the product recall rate has also shown an upward trend in recent years.This will not only affect the social image,product sales,and operating income of the enterprise,but also cause a certain degree of psychological and physical harm to consumers.In the area of management,supply chain quality management has always been a hot topic,and many academics place a high value on it,and how to better improve quality performance and promote the sustainable development of manufacturing has always been one of the concerns of enterprises.This research was conducted based on above problems.This paper studies the role of leadership and integration in supply chain management in improving product quality.The impact of supply chain quality leadership(SCQL)on supply chain quality integration(SCQI),the promotion role of external quality integration(EQI)in supply chain on internal quality integration(IQI),and the impact of supply chain quality integration on quality performance are discussed.Five variables were designed,measured separately by a total of 21 observational variables.Manufacturing companies in the toys,automobile,pharmaceutical,and food industries in the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim were selected for questionnaire distribution and data collection,and the results were more universal.In this paper,AMOS24.0 was used to test the hypothesis and SPSS25.0 was used to evaluate the validity and reliability of the data,in addition to testing the mediation effect.The results are: supply chain quality leadership has a positive impact on supplier quality integration(SQI),customer quality integration(CQI)and internal quality integration(IQI),external quality integration has a positive impact on internal quality integration,internal quality integration and customer quality integration are conducive to improving quality performance,but supplier quality integration has no positive impact on quality performance.It shows that the supply chain quality leadership of manufacturers is conducive to improving quality performance,and validates the mediating role of supply chain quality integration.Based on resource foundation theory(RBV),resource dependency theory(RDT),organizational learning theory(OLT)and absorptive capacity theory(ACT),this paper puts forward corresponding hypotheses and constructs structural equation models for verification.It not only enriches the research content in related fields,but also provides corresponding management enlightenment for the development of China’s manufacturing industry.
