Study On The Supplier Quality Management Based On The Synergic Quality Chain

With the globalization of the international economy and individualization of the customer's demand, supply chain become the focus in the field of enterprise management. In order to make the competition advantage in the globalization competition, enterprises regard supply chain management as their core strategy quickly one after another and expect to improve the agility of enterprises, improve customer's service level through it.Already there are research results of a lot of quality management both at home and abroad at present, they are concentrated on quality control and quality assurance inside enterprises, and while the study on supply quality management system is still little. So, it is very essential to study the quality control under the environment of the supply chain, we must develop a new quality system that face to external enterprise and meet the need of supply chain. It is a lot in the matter of supply quality management, so the article is focused on the supplier quality management. In chapter one, introduction part, the author analysis the current situation of supply chain management and quality management both at home and abroad at present , point out the purpose to select this topic, provide goal, content, method of this research. The chapter 2 recommended the conceptions of supply chain and supply chain quality management, relationship between them. After analyzed the opportunity and challenge of quality management in the supply chain, the author proposed the synergic quality chain based on supply chain. Meanwhile, he analyzed the character, structure model of quality chain, quality chain management and the synergic quality chain control model carefully, and introduced the process quality management model based on Total Quality Management. The chapter 4 mainly discussed the important function of the supply quality management in the synergic management. The chapter 4 is an example of VF company. The paper analyze the supply management of the company. Then gives some advises about the supply quality management in the point of the quality chain management.
