Research On Quality Management Mode Establishing Based On Supplier Chain Management Enterprise

World economy grow faster and economy globalization trend is more obvious. These need all enterprises can satisfy their customer quickly and correctly. Among of all customer requirements, product quality is the NO1. But current quality management mode can't meet all the requirements well issued by customers. We need to establish a new quality management mode which can be called quality management mode based on Supplier Chain Management Enterprise.The new quality management mode can be mainly deployed into 4 parts, design quality management, supplier quality management, manufacture quality management and customer quality management.
