China has become the global manufacturing center in twenty-first century and even in the next century.More and more multinational groups are also starting to maintain their core business while outsourcing non-core business to local suppliers to complete non-core business.Based on this environment,it has become the supply cooperation relationship between enterprises and enterprises,and has become the supply chain.Suppliers play an important role in the supply chain,which is a key link.The supplier has an important influence on the quality of the product and changes the product quality and brand reputation.Therefore,the systematic management of supplier quality can promote the better embodiment of product value,which is an imperative management activity of enterprise quality management.First of all,this paper introduces the theory of supplier quality management.Based on the relevant theory,the current supplier quality management scheme of S company is studied and analyzed.Through research and analysis,this paper puts forward several problems in the current supplier quality management scheme,such as unscientific supplier selection method,lack of effectiveness of supplier performance evaluation,and lack of preventive thinking in supplier product quality control.Then,this paper uses the theory of supplier quality management and a series of quality management tools and models to study and improve the various problems and put forward the proposal.By using the analytic hierarchy process to the supplier selection process,the problem of unscientific supplier selection method in S company is solved.Aiming at the problem of supplier performance evaluation,Karajack matrix is used to classify suppliers,and the effectiveness of performance management is improved by classifying management of suppliers.The problem of lack of precautionary thinking in supplier product quality control is solved by adopting the method of “quality control end moving forward”.Finally,this paper describes the implementation process of the improvement scheme,and expounds the safeguard measures.At the end of this paper,the research results are prospected.The improvement plan proposed in this paper has a certain reference value for improving the supplier quality management of S company.At the same time,it is hoped that this paper will be of reference significance to domestic small medium enterprises(especially those with large proportion of purchased raw materials and spare parts)in the process of supplier quality management.
