Research On A New Design Management Concept Suitable For The Development Of Chinese Enterprises

The late start of development and low level of development is one of the main features of China’s industrial development.Therefore,it is imperative to study a set of theory of corporate design management that suits the country’s national conditions,to help our country’s economic development break through the bottleneck of reality and realize new economic growth.In the existing enterprise design management theory,because the development of foreign industrial economy is quite mature,its related theoretical system is relatively mature.In the process of enriching China’s design management theory,based on domestic realities,it actively absorbs the concepts of innovation and harmony that are advocated in China,and helps Chinese enterprises to be deeply rooted in the forest of the global economic system.Innovation refers to the conceptual process of new thinking and new description as the main features.In 2015,when Xi participated in the deliberations of the Shanghai Delegation of the Third Session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress,he said: “Innovation is the primary driving force for development.”Foreign emphasis on innovation is spread across all social strata,and its innovative results are widely known.For example,high-tech products or colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talent models are worth learning in many countries.On the other hand,the concept of harmony has been advocated by our country since ancient times,from the ancient Confucianism to the contemporary socialist harmonious society.This study complements the theoretical system of design management under the guidance of innovation and harmony.At the same time,the research will also be based on theoretical studies,sociology,management,and other disciplines.The main ideas of this study are:(1)The first section mainly introduces the research background,research significance,etc.of this article;(2)The second section is the main reason why innovation and harmony are valued in the design management theory.(3)The third section is a real case showing domestic and foreign ideas involving innovation and harmony;(4)The fourth sector is a preliminary study of a new type of design management philosophy that is consistent with the development of Chinese enterprises;(5)The article concludes with the inadequacies of this study and its vision for the future.
