Research On Financial Management Evaluation Index System Based On Harmonious Management Theory

Harmonious financial management is an important part of harmonious organization.Harmonious financial management is guided by stakeholder value in the process of economic activities,relies on people's subjective initiative to reduce or even eliminate financial behavior that does not meet the expectations of the organization in financial management,designs the allocation plan of capital elements artificially,and maximizes economic and social benefits.Based on the traditional financial performance evaluation index and the connotation of harmonious financial management,this paper chooses indicators from four aspects to establishe a harmonious financial management index evaluation system.In building the evaluation model,this paper uses literature reading method and frequency analysis method to select the pre-selected indicators,combined with expert questionnaire survey method and the pre-selected indicators for screening.For the selected indicators,the weight of the indicators is given by AHP analysis method and expert scoring method,and the evaluation criteria of specific scoring range are put forward.Finally,Sina Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.is selected as an example to evaluate its financial management status by using the harmonious financial management evaluation index system,and to test the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation index system.The ultimate purpose of this paper is to provide reference for improving the level of harmonious financial management of enterprises and contribute to building a harmonious socialist society.
