The role of corporate culture in the survival and development of our country's modern industry is a significant subject of modern industry and the whole economy and society which is ,compared with the past corporate development pattern that paid more attention to economic effects than the improvement of corporate quality and long-term development pattern of enterprises ,undoubtedly an encouraging progress.Since the beginning of the 1990's when our opening-up and reform developed further and foreign capital, technology and management were introduced into our country ,corporate culture as a new management pattern has gradually entered our country. During the period of ten years or so, it has intrigued a construction upsurge of corporate culture in the business circles throughout the nation like a rising wind and scudding clouds.Symbolized by The Significant Decisions Made by CPC and Central Government of China about the Solution of the Problems in the Construction of The Harmonious Socialist Society ,our nation has reached a new stage of socialist development during which our enterprises have been endowed with a brand-new historical mission ,namely ,harmonious enterprises should be constructed and the further development of corporates be achieved.To construct harmonious enterprises,we must guarantee the harmonious development of production and management,grass-roots democracy,business management and career development etc. which is without doubt a quite intricate and arduous systematic project.Therefore we should begin the construction of harmonious enterprises with the serious clarification of our understanding as regards harmonious enterprises so as to set up a concept of corporate culture concerning further promotion of the construction of harmonious enterprises.Of the concept related to harmonious society ,the core philosophy is made up of the concept of scientific development,the objective of which is to harmonize the sustainable development of human,property and materials of a society.Thus, the concept of harmonious enterprises has the same content with the former which indicates that harmonious corporate culture plays an important role in enhancing the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises in the modern social and economic situation by melting into every aspect of business management of our enterprises.This paper is undertaken to put forward the new concept of the management of harmonious corporate culture constructively from the concept of cultural management, characteristics and functions according to the present situation in China. The management of harmonious corporate culture, namely, aims to lead the concept of harmonious culture to the every stage in our management of enterprises, and change the backward situation of our management of enterprises thoroughly through the innovation and transformation of culture to impel the transformation of the enterprise management pattern. The basic task of the management of harmonious culture is to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper draws a harmonious corporate culture management pattern which fits the sustainable development of modern enterprises through putting forward a strategy of sustainable development of harmonious corporation. The mode is set up to adjust the relationship between enterprise and people, enterprise and society, and enterprise with itself all-around, and then make come true our enterprises developing harmoniously, healthily, orderly and sustainably.
