As the global competition increasing,companies need to be more quickly and flexible in meeting the continually growing needs of customers,so it can adapt to the fierce competitive environment and also seek their own survival and development.This requires the internal staff of the company can not only be quickly in improving their quality and ability,but also can adapt to the work conversion with more flexibility,and they can solve the relevant work problems and constantly adapt to the rapid development and change of the company.Talent being in the lead,which will greatly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,is conducive to enterprises to obtain a favorable position in the market competition.Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park of F group(hereinafter referred to as ZZSTP)is the leading enterprise in EMS electronics manufacturing.In recent years,leaders of this enterprise gradually realize that the lack of talents has began to become one of the key factors that hinders the landing of organizational strategy and also the everlasting of this enterprise.The middle management cadre is the backbone power of this company,therefore the problem of how to strengthen the human resource development of middle managers and then build a scientific and effective training system for them so as to help enterprise create a high-quality middle management personnel,is not only the urgent and important task of ZZSTP,but also a system engineering which must need constant attention.This paper is based on the competency model theory,and selects the middle-level management cadre in ZZSTP as the research object.Firstly,by doing internal questionnaires,the author will carefully and deeply get acquainted with the present training situation of the middle-level management in ZZSTP,and also make a further analysis of the existing problems.Secondly,the paper will discuss the necessity of introducing the competency of middle managers into ZZSTP.Combined with the competency model theory and the strategic objectives of F Group,and using the methods of behavioral interview,questionnaire survey and so on,the author will then complete the construction of the middle managers competency model of ZZSTP.Thirdly,according to the core management quality model that has been constructed,the author will obtain the gap between employees and organizational needs through the implementation of the 360 degree evaluation,and then the training needs of middle-level managers of ZZSTP will be determined.Finally,the training system of middle-level management cadre of ZZSTP will be reconstructed according to the training needs,and at the same time,the existing training methods and training evaluation methods will be improved.This study will provide valuable suggestions for the development of talent training practitioners and executives.Through actual cases,it will help enterprise apply competency concept to the work practices to create brilliant business performance.At the same time,it will also provide a reference for the follow-up training workers to make further study on this topic.
