| With the rapid development of modern logistics, the business of highway transport enterprise also increases.Most of the highway logistics transport enterprises(Liaoning province) have there own internal information platforms, but its main function is just to manage customers’ goods orders.There is a big blindness when these enterprises choosing transport routes, that fail to grasp the real-time status of transport vehicles and goods in transit, which result in that processing to the emergency in transit is quite passive.Therefore,these enterprises urgently need a comprehensive information management platform, which possesses goods order management, data exchange,vehicle monitoring and auxiliary decision-making, and other functions, and could provide intuitive auxiliary decision-making information for the enterprise managers.In this paper, the GIS regulatory system on highway logistics transportation enterprises oriented adopt GIS technology, can plan route in real-time, provide decision basis for logistics managers, and can react to the sudden accident in transit quickly.At the same time, customers can intuitively grasp the transport situation of there goods.The use of GIS regulatory system greatly improves the logistics service quality of highway logistics transportation enterprises.According to the characters of highway logistics enterprise’s business requirements,this paper applies GIS to logistics management,designs and realizes a GIS regulatory system on highway logistics transport enterprise oriented.This paper has done the main work which includes:1.In detail, expound and analyze the background,significance and research status at home and abroad of the selected topic in this paper.2.Introduces the related theory and technology of GIS regulatory system.3.Through the analysis of functional requirements,business process requirement and performance requirements for highway logistics transportation enterprises, establish the overall framework of the system.4.Overall discusses the design and implementation process of the system.5.In the end, after completing code development,makes the system deployed in a Web middleware, testes the GIS regulatory system,makes a summary to this paper, and points out the need to be perfected and improved. |
