Based On The Pattern Of Logistics Transportation Equipment Spare Parts Support System Research

With the deepening theoretical study and the application practice further expansion,the logistic,which is as advanced resources disposition way and the managementoperation pattern, has already been fully recognized in various field. Especially in themilitary field, the application of military logistic theory and the model of military andlocal integration has laid the solid foundation for our army intensive development. Withthe task of handling emergencies, the anti-terror and maintaining social stability, withthe construction of information gradually thorough and the logistics scale expansion,with the urgent need of the logistic model as highly efficient, orderly and precise, it is tobe imminent that the research of the logistic ensured system which is adapting Armyreality.This paper takes the Army’s operating model of ensured system abouttransportation equipments’ components and parts as the research object and takes theconcept of strategic integrated logistics as the basis of theoretical study. Throughanalyzing the loss of traditional state, it point out the malpractice and origin of thepresent ensured system of components and parts. Whit the strength of transportationequipment and the fact of Army work, the paper has established the optimized model ofArmy’s ensured system about transportation equipments’ components and parts. It alsointegrated the logistic flow, the information flow, the fund flow and the trade flow in aline of organic whole. Through the reasonable plan, it hopes that the model can reducethe work level; accelerates the circuit of logistic flow; strengthens information sharing;optimizes the distribution of resources; improves the effectiveness of ensured system.Under optimized model, this paper elaborated establishment of target system ofjudgment for the alliance suppliers, the inventory model and the demand forecastingmodel, in addition of the analysis and the application. It also elaborated designingthough of system based on three-tier C/S structural framework of distributed systemdesigning idea, and also took the general scheme on system, introduced the systemstructure of software and hardware, and emphatically carried on the analysis to flow ofthe service function. In the part of system realization, the paper introduced the technology of realization and the environment of development about system. Finally thepaper draw the realization process of concrete function, supported from the application’sinterfaces.
