During The Novel Coronavirus Outbreak,Tencent’s Platform For Refuting Rumors And Texts Frame Study

In the risk context where the influence of various modern risk events is gradually increasing,rumors are repeatedly forbidden and seriously interfere with people’s life.In the period of the novel coronavirus epidemic,rumors are even more confusing and concealing,deepening the complexity of public opinion ecology.Therefore,refuting rumors has become an important issue in the context of risk.In the midst of the epidemic,a lot of rumour-mongering platforms and columns came into being.In addition to official media,commercial rumor-refuting platforms represented by Tencent Fangzhen Platform also participate in the construction of rumor-refuting tasks.This paper attempts to explore the text characteristics and structural logic of the rumor-refuting through the three-hierarchy analysis of the content of the platform,so as to put forward questions and suggestions for optimization,which has a positive exploration significance for improving the expressive force of the rumor-refuting text.In this paper,text analysis and content analysis were mainly adopted,and 397 effective samples were extracted from the articles on epidemic rumor refuting published on Tencent Fezen platform from January 18,2020 to June 14,2022.Through nvivo software,the text statistics,combined with high-frequency words and word cloud and other methods of analysis,relying on data and theoretical knowledge,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,try to build the theoretical basis of the framework theory of the article,the rumor-refuting text frame analysis.On the basis of Zang Guoren’s "three-level structure",Vandyck’s "discourse analysis" and Korean scholar Wu’s "three-level framework",combined with the rumor-refuting text of this paper,the theoretical framework of this paper is constructed,namely,the high,middle and low three-level structure.On the basis of summarizing the need to improve the rumour-refuting text published by Tencent Feozhen Platform about the epidemic,the paper explores the following areas that can be further improved in the rumour-refuting work: first,balance the frame structure and strengthen emotional interaction;Second,the schema structure should be optimized to present a complete event,so that the audience’s sense of knowledge can be satisfied;Thirdly,we should clarify the screening criteria,optimize the content identification classification and the expression form of refuting rumors.
