| Finance is the core of modern economy,and financial support is indispensable to achieve rural revitalization.Guangxi,which is located in the southwestern border area,was once one of the major provinces in China plagued by poverty problems.From 2018 to 2022,the World Bank’s $400 million results-oriented loan flowed to Guangxi,which was the first time China utilized the World Bank’s results-oriented loan instrument in the field of poverty alleviation.With the in-depth promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,this loan has played an increasingly significant role,not only promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas,but also improving the situation of rural finance.Nowadays,the connection between finance and farmers’ life and agricultural development is getting closer and closer,and rural finance has become a social topic worthy of attention.News media reports can inject new vitality into the economic and social development of rural areas,play a great social value in rural revitalization,and create a powerful public opinion field for rural revitalization.This graduation design is titled "Financial Water for Rural Development",and is divided into two parts,namely,work elaboration and integrated reporting.This paper focuses on visiting Longsheng Autonomous County,Guiping City,Tian’e County and Mashong County to investigate the story of financial water contributing to rural revitalization,with a view to contributing to rural revitalization in a small way.The elaboration part of the work includes four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the origin of the topic,the background of the topic and the literature review,discusses the current research dynamics of economic reporting and rural finance,and reviews the characteristics and status of similar works in the industry;the second chapter introduces the journalistic work,explains the reporting framework of the graduation design,analyzes the value and innovation points of the journalistic work,and analyzes the shortcomings of the journalistic work;the third chapter is the creation record.Chapter 4 discusses the "four strengths" of journalists in agriculture-related reporting from both practical and theoretical perspectives,and proposes strategies for improving agriculture-related economic reporting in the context of rural revitalization.The journalistic works are presented in the form of in-depth reports,short videos and infographics,taking into account the communication rules of the new media era.Among them,the in-depth reports are presented in three aspects: In the Past: Rural Finance with "Lack of Water" takes the story of an ordinary farmer as the starting point to tell the problems of farmers’ difficulties in borrowing and imperfect rural financial services for a long time in the past;In the Present: Financial Living Water Watering the Rural Development Industry reports on the changes of rural finance in Guangxi,tells the nourishment of the World Bank’s financial water to Guangxi’s countryside,focuses on the development of new professional farmers and the rural development industry,and the continuous driving effect of financial water on rural revitalization;Prospect: Rural Finance Has a Long Way to Go investigates the possible problems of rural finance in the process of future development,and It also analyzes the dilemmas and bottlenecks in the process of rural revitalization.The short video section takes Deng Fengquan,a new professional farmer,as the entry point,and shows through the video how the financial water can help the development of the agricultural industry.The infographic section presents the operation mode of the World Bank’s result-oriented loan program in the form of graphs and charts,and the direction and support of the $400 million financial loan in the form of charts and graphs,in an effort to simplify and present the theme in a clear and intuitive way. |
