| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for food quality are becoming more and more strict.The freshness of food has gradually become the focus of people’s attention.Fresh agricultural products are easy to corrode,which puts forward higher requirements for their storage and transportation conditions.As the main undertaker of goods storage and transportation,logistics enterprises should not only ensure the timeliness of transportation,but also ensure the freshness of goods.However,meeting these conditions may lead to the increase of cost,so optimizing the distribution path,reducing the distribution cost and improving the distribution efficiency have become the primary problems that enterprises need to solve.Taking D company as an example,according to the distribution status of D company,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the distribution process,including high distribution cost,distribution personnel do not pay attention to time constraints,low level of vehicle curtain refrigeration technology and lack of adaptability.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of D company,aiming at minimizing the total distribution cost composed of fixed cost,transportation cost,refrigeration cost,cargo damage cost and time window penalty cost,this paper constructs the cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model,and uses genetic algorithm to solve the optimized cold chain logistics distribution scheme of D company.Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures from four aspects: strengthening the control of cold chain logistics distribution cost,paying attention to the training of distribution personnel,increasing the investment of cold chain equipment and improving the ability to deal with emergencies,so as to ensure the better implementation of D company’s optimized distribution scheme.Through the research on the optimization of cold chain logistics distribution path of company D,it can help the company effectively reduce the distribution cost and improve customer satisfaction.In addition,this study also provides solutions for the research on the optimization of cold chain logistics distribution path of related enterprises. |
