| By August 2022,a total of 2,585 county-level converged media centers have been built and are in operation,which means that county-level administrative units have basically completed media resource integration and institutional construction.As a strategic project at the central level,county-level converged media centers should not only do a good job in internal publicity,but also have deeper consideration in external publicity.On August 18,the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee mentioned in the "Press Conference on Measures and achievements of Publicity and cultural work in the New Era" that China’s county-level converged media centers should strengthen the construction of international communication capacity,tell Chinese stories well and spread Chinese voices well.According to the existing research results,it is found that there are few empirical researches on county-level converged media centers based on international communication.Based on the above analysis,this paper takes Qingtian County-level Media Center as a sample and conducts a systematic survey on its international communication practice by combining in-depth interview,participatory observation,text analysis and other methods.This research report is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,methods,innovation points and difficulties,and existing research.The second chapter is the background overview,including the historical background,political factors and practical needs of the international communication of county-level converged media centers.The third chapter is the empirical research content,which focuses on the development process,platform channels,editing team,operation management and content construction of Qingtian County-level Media Center’s international communication construction.The fourth chapter summarizes the advantages of international communication,starting from the advantages of overseas Chinese hometown,concept first,platform expansion.The fifth chapter is the problem reflection and optimization strategy.In this paper,the deficiencies of international communication practice of Qingtian County-level Media Center are summarized as the imperfect international communication system,the single content production system,the shortage of multilingual international communication personnel,the scattered external publicity channel resources and the unstable overseas mobile terminal.Based on this,the author puts forward five innovation paths: strengthening the top-level thinking understanding and overall planning,innovating the international model content production mode at the grass-roots level,comprehensively building a team of high-quality international communication talents,constructing the matrix cluster of international communication and media,and ensuring the integration and iteration of communication content and multi-dimensional output of the carrier. |
