| In the Internet era,the rise of emerging media technologies has caused a huge impact on the communication development of traditional media,and in the increasingly mobile,fragmented and autonomous communication pattern,the operation mode of county-level radio and television has been unable to meet the actual development of digital social media integration.Under the background of the development of the Internet,the function of county-level converged media has been continuously expanded and generalized,and on the basis of the basic function of news publicity,the social service function and business operation function have been derived.The realization of multiple functions needs to closely rely on the Internet operation technology,thinking and mode,and the transformation of county-level converged media operations to the Internet has become an urgent and realistic issue.JIANGYIN Converged Media Center is located in the eastern coastal area and has developed rapidly.Its Internet operation model has certain typical and unique characteristics.Therefore,this paper selects JIANGYIN Converged Media Center as the research object,and explores the Internet transformation path and model of JIANGYIN Converged Media Center through literature survey,in-depth interview,field visit,data analysis,etc.The study found that the JIANGYIN Converged Media Center has realized the Internetization of news content production and dissemination through full access to the network platform.By creating an independent and controllable APP,the aggregation of government affairs and life service functions is realized.Through the cooperation project between the government and enterprises,the development and expansion of business operation functions are realized.The study and analysis of the transformation effect of JIANGYIN Converged Media Center found that there are still certain constraints in the communication power,revenue mode and talent structure of the center,and it is necessary to break through geographical restrictions in communication and promote the interconnection and sharing of technology products.Improve the talent cultivation mechanism in management and flexibly introduce talents.We will adjust our business structure and develop market operations.Finally,based on the JIANGYIN model,suggestions were made on the transformation of county-level converged media.The study believes that in order to realize the diversified functions of the county-level converged media in its digital society,it is necessary to have the ability to operate the Internet platform and build a platform ecosystem.Master the thinking of Internet services and take the user as the center.Use the Internet business model to deeply integrate resources in the field.Embrace the Internet market with a more open attitude in operation and realize new changes in the development of county-level converged media. |
