With the development of The Times and the rapid improvement of economic level,consumers yearning for a better life,the pursuit of life,for the quality of fresh products also gradually improve,and the cold chain logistics for the quality assurance of fresh products has important influence,how to quickly and efficiently send high quality fresh products to consumers is the end of the cold chain logistics terminal distribution pain points.In the distribution process of fresh products,due to the imperfect cold chain infrastructure,low equipment circulation rate and high distribution cost,the distribution is difficult and expensive,and the phenomenon of "cold chain is not cold" appears.Through understanding the huge market demand of cold chain logistics terminal distribution,analyzing the current situation of domestic cold chain logistics terminal distribution,it is found that the terminal distribution of cold chain logistics often adopts the distribution mode of "foam box + ice bag".However,the distribution mode cannot effectively solve the key problems of multi-category,small batch and multi-frequency cold chain temperature control in the end distribution of cold chain logistics.Research purpose: Based on this,this paper designs a cold storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode by using the cold storage multi-temperature co-distribution box,which can effectively solve the temperature control problem of the cold chain logistics terminal distribution,help improve the distribution time of the cold chain logistics end,and ensure the quality of fresh products.For the purpose of the study,first,Using the data analysis method,To understand the current status quo of the terminal distribution of cold chain logistics,At the same time,the use of questionnaires and relevant information to understand the specific needs of residents for the terminal distribution;catch,Design a cold-storage multi-temperature co-distribution box,Using experiments to verify the effect of the cold storage multi-temperature co-dispensing box used in this model,And design the specific steps and processes of the mode;moreover,To further explore the risk points in the distribution process of cold-storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode,Using the food HACCP management system,Risk analysis and key control point identification of the cold storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode,Using the experimental study approach,Determine the critical limits of the key control points,And the formulation of preventive and corrective measures;then,Using a comparative analysis,Compared with the cost of the traditional "foam box + ice bag" door-to-door delivery of cold chain logistics terminal distribution mode in the cold storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode;last,Using the case analysis,Adopt the cold-storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode for distribution,To ify the feasibility of the mode.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)Adopt cold-temperature co-distribution mode,Can effectively solve the key problems of cold chain logistics terminal distribution multi-category,small batch,multi-frequency whole cold chain temperature control,Ensure the quality of fresh products;(2)Using the food HACCP management system,Can effectively control the risk points in the distribution process,Controlling the key limit value can effectively ensure the quality and safety of goods;(3)Under the condition of delivering goods of the same quality,In contrast to the traditional "foam box + ice bag" mode,The cold-storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the distribution cost,Its cost is about a quarter of the cost of the traditional distribution mode;(4)Take the SJ Company as an example,Adopt the cold-storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode for distribution,The distribution results show that,During the distribution process,Box temperature environment,temperature and quality of delivery goods can achieve the expected effect,The feasibility of cold storage multi-temperature co-distribution mode is verified.
