Research On The Rural Revitalization Report Of Chongqing Daily From The Perspective Of Framework Theory

On February 21,2021,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization" were released,pointing out that in order to revive the nation,rural areas must be revitalized,and the efforts of the entire party and society should be made to accelerate the development of agricultural and rural modernization,so that the majority of farmers can live a better life.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy at the 19 th National Congress,significant results have been achieved in rural development and construction.The convening of the 20 th National Congress has pointed out the direction for the rural revitalization strategy,injected new vitality into rural development,and promoted rural revitalization to a new height.How to better report on the rural revitalization strategy and promote its smooth implementation has become an important challenge faced by news media.As a party newspaper,Chongqing Daily should actively play its role as the main propaganda platform for rural revitalization,create a good atmosphere for rural revitalization,and integrate the concept and requirements of "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural culture,effective governance,and prosperous life" in rural revitalization reports.It should go deep into the grassroots,promote typical examples,strengthen policy interpretation and guidance,and continuously use innovative reporting methods to present the beauty of each beauty to the audience A beautiful and harmonious rural image.This article takes Chongqing Daily as the research object,aiming to draw on the analytical dimension of framework theory and deeply explore the characteristics of Chongqing Daily’s rural revitalization report.Firstly,through a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literature,this article delves into the background,significance,ideas,methods,and innovative points of this study,in order to achieve better research results.Secondly,drawing on Ghanem’s four level news framework theory and using content analysis method,a study was conducted on 757 rural revitalization reports from Chongqing Daily from February 2021 to February 2023,presenting the topic framework,external framework,cognitive framework,and emotional framework of Chongqing Daily’s rural revitalization reports.Finally,the shortcomings of Chongqing Daily’s rural revitalization report were summarized,and relevant optimization suggestions were proposed,such as balancing the reporting theme and establishing a global perspective;Highlight regional characteristics and tell the story of Chongqing well;Focus on the farmers’ group and respond to the needs of the audience;Fulfilling media functions and conducting public opinion supervision.In summary,this article explores the coverage of rural revitalization in Chongqing Daily,which theoretically supplements the application of framework theory in rural revitalization reporting;From a practical perspective,it is conducive to improving the quality of subsequent rural revitalization reports by Chongqing Daily,providing reference for other media to do a good job in rural revitalization reporting,and also shaping a new image of rural areas in the new era to assist in rural revitalization construction.
