A Case Study On Financial Shared Service Model Of ZX Group

Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,China's large-scale enterprise groups have grown rapidly,and the scale has expanded,which has brought a series of financial problems,such as the increase of cost and risk of financial management,the improvement of organizational operation difficulty,and the obvious decline of operation efficiency.Therefore,financial reform is the current focus.The formation and application of Financial Sharing Service breaks the previous mode of " multi-point layout andhierarchical management".By dispersing the repetitive financial businesses of each business unit,they are centralized in a shared service center,and providing standardized and standardized high-quality services by re combing and optimizing the process,so as to help the company properly deal with the above financial problems.This paper takes ZX company's Financial Sharing Service Center as the research object,and studies its financial sharing service management.In this paper,through the combination of specific cases and related theories,the basic characteristics and advantages of financial sharing services are studied.Through the analysis of the current situation of ZX company,we can know its organizational structure and current business situation.After describing the basic situation of Financial Shared Service Center of ZX company,this paper focuses on analyzing the management status of Financial Shared Service Center in three aspects: accounts receivable,accounts payable and financial reimbursement.Based on this,this paper analyzes the effect of Financial Sharing Service of ZX company.The research shows that through Financial Sharing Service Center,ZX company not only reduces the cost of financial management,but also improves the efficiency of business processing,and enhances the enterprise value chain and strategic decision-making.Finally,from the organizational structure,service process management,information system and risk management,this paper analyzes the problems in the management of ZX company's Financial Sharing Service Center.Based on the analysis results of ZX company's Financial Sharing Service Center,the author makessome suggestions from the following four angles: organizational structure,service process management,information system and risk management.
