Research On Overseas Publication And Dissemination Of Tao Te Ching

Based on the popularity rankings of Amazon,Goodreads,Google Trends and the evaluation data of OCLC’s collection data on online social platforms,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the publication and communication of Tao Te Ching in developed countries in Europe and the United States,and puts forward strategies for the overseas publication and communication of traditional Chinese classics.The content and ideas of the paper are as follows:First of all,based on various research documents of Daote Ching on various platforms,the general situation of the research of Daote Ching is sorted out,and the historical context of the publication and dissemination of Daote Ching in overseas developed countries is described.Secondly,it expounds the current situation of overseas publication and communication of Tao Te Ching.Based on the summary and collation of relevant data on Amazon,OCLC collection and Google Trends popularity list,this paper analyzes the degree of reach,attention,acceptance,evaluation and sharing of Tao Te Ching in overseas developed countries.Thirdly,it points out the problems existing in the publishing and dissemination of the traditional Chinese classic Tao Te Ching in developed countries.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures of publishing and spreading Chinese traditional classics overseas.
