In recent years,the spread of Chinese Internet literature overseas has been in full swing and countless global circles have become the focus of attention from all walks of life in China.Different from previous studies that focused on studying the macro situation of Chinese internet publications or the outstanding performance of foreign fan translation websites from the perspective of literary texts,media technologies,and cross-cultural communication,this article starts from the perspective of Chinese publishing "going global",taking China Literature as typical cases,analysing the reasons why the online texts go abroad is more effective,in terms of the works themselves and the laws of the companies that go abroad empirically.This research mainly uses the literature analysis method,case study method and in-depth interview method.First of all,outline the "hot" background of Chinese web articles going abroad from the domestic and international environment,and summarize the overall characteristics that they present at various stages of development.Second,take the China Literature as an example to deeply and three-dimensionally interpret its characteristics.The causes,situation,strategies,problems and threats of going out to sea in the Internet are analyzed,and the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of going out to sea are analyzed.This article believes that the most important reason for reading the text to go abroad is that it is firmly tied to the core of "localization" in all aspects of the publishing industry chain,such as content selection(including translation),product operation,and reading market development.Web text IP ecological mechanism.Only when the Chinese government,Internet companies,and industry associations are working hard to strengthen the localization of overseas Internet communication and follow the trend of the times to review the issue of "enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture" can there be hope to promote the continued overseas ChineseInternet and realize Chinese Publishing,Chinese literature and even Chinese culture are more “going out”.
