| The development of the new generation of information technologies,such as artificial intelligence,big data and cloud computing,is upending the traditional operation model and management methods of enterprises.Accounting archives preserved in paper form can no longer meet the needs of enterprise management in the information age,which promotes the development of accounting archives from paper to electronic and then to intelligent direction.At the same time,the promulgation of the new accounting archives Management Measures provides institutional guarantee for the improvement and implementation of accounting archives.Each enterprise is gradually implementing the intelligent management of electronic accounting archives.However,because each enterprise in the long-term accounting archives management work has formed established workflow and methods,even if enterprises follow the new trend of accounting archives management innovation,there are also a series of problems in the actual work process.For enterprises,how to improve and develop in the future is still a huge challenge.In this paper,the relevant background of the development of electronic accounting archives in our country is explained at first,and the relevant content of electronic accounting archives management and intelligent management is summarized.Secondly,by using the methods of field research,literature research and case analysis,the intelligent management status of electronic accounting archives of N Group is analyzed based on the classification of functional departments.It is found that the intelligent management degree is not deep enough,the intelligent application scenario design is not perfect,and the intelligent management technology support is insufficient.Finally,it puts forward the optimization strategy to improve the intelligent management,including improving the intelligent level of electronic accounting archives management,improving the application scenario design of intelligent management of electronic accounting archives and strengthening the technical support of intelligent management of electronic accounting archives.Hope to have carried out the intelligent management of electronic accounting files to provide reference suggestions for enterprises. |
