After that, this paper detailedly described the requirements, the general design of the Electronic Accounting File system, and part of the representative examples in the system and the implementation of the examples.Finally, this paper described the whole implementation procedure of the system and its test results.according to the requirements of the "Electric Power Finance Company of china", this paper mainly solved the following problems:1. Transfer the data in financial information system into archives, the data includes Account information, course system, credentials, special accounting and cleaning, general ledger, subsidiary ledger account, the course summary table.5. Transfer the statement data in financial information system into archives, including basic information and main information.6. Set up the platform for querying accounting data, for querying Credentials, single ledger, general ledger, course summary table. Supporting Progressive query.7. Set up the platform for querying statement data, supporting querying according to company, period and statement.8.
