| With the continuous development of information technology,more and more people get the information they need through mobile Internet.With the rapid growth of digital archival resources nowadays,traditional archival services have problems such as poor service experience,limited service scope and untimely feedback,which have gradually failed to meet people’s demand for archival information,and the archival mobile service platform has come into being.New generation information technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and blockchain can not only solve the problems of traditional archival services,but also bring new opportunities and challenges to the construction of archival mobile service platforms.The article focuses on how the new generation of information technology can drive the innovation and application of archives mobile service platform.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of archives mobile service platform and introduces the concept of new generation information technology and archives mobile service platform as well as their types,characteristics and impacts.Then the driving role of new generation information technologies such as cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence on the innovation of archives mobile service platform from four perspectives of architecture,function,operation and security,and the advantages and cases of application of these technologies in archives mobile service platform are explained.Finally,the development trend and challenges of future archives mobile service platforms are summarized,as well as the direction and value of future research and development. |
