Xml-based Intelligent Building Resource Management, Design And Realization Of Integrated Information Platform

The research on the comprehensive information platform for the Intelligent Building resource management, is mainly to collect the resource of daily property management about property machine, property service and property information, forming a united comprehensive information platform. The research on the platform is expected to provide advanced functions such as safe protection, information service, propertys management and so on by the effective information communication network, optimized disposition and comprehensive use of each system, in order to create a safe, comfortable, convenient and high-efficiency life space.The comprehensive information platform for the Intelligent Building resource management research and design in this thesis, which be based on the XML. This platform is based on XML, which can unite completely auto-control of Intelligent Building with asset management on a platform, where the supervision and management of the subordinate or branch from the management level of enterprises is integrated. The management abilities of Intelligent Building and enterprise can be elevated and management level of enterprises can know the subordinate whenever.This thesis finishes the design of general structure, general network structure and analies the technology how to carry out the platform. To finish the function design of three branch system, and solve the key technology of platform which is the XML Web service.This thesis raise the description language of XML about property machine. In allusion to attribute,digital quantity,simulation quantity of property machine which raise the common model description language of XML, and can apply for the real project.
