Research On Public Service Capacity Construction Of National Archiver Facing Social Needs

Starting from the perspective of facing the needs of the public,takin g "user centered" as the value orientation,using the literature research me thod and Grounded theory method,etc.,the influencing factors of the con struction of the public service capacity of the National Archives are extra cted,which has a certain guiding role in the development of the public ser vice capacity of the National Archives.Research has found that the factor s affecting the construction of public service capacity in national archives can be summarized from five aspects: user factors,resource factors,subj ect factors,environmental factors,and social factors.User factors include user cognition,user experience,and user needs;Resource factors include resource quality and type;The main factors include service effectiveness,service methods,and librarian literacy;Environmental factors include ins titutional environment,network environment,and spatial facilities.At the same time,research has found that the influencing factors driving the con struction of public service capacity in national archives can also be summ arized from two aspects: social atmosphere and policies.In the interview,based on user needs and evaluations,and based on extensive literature rev iew and extensive literature review,it was proposed to start from five asp ects: improving services,resource construction,team building,spatial dev elopment,and policy interpretation:...
