With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's economic and living standards,e-commerce platforms and logistics companies have increased very much,and the optimization of the volume and speed of logistics on e-commerce platforms has reached an unprecedented height.On the one hand,the randomization of commodity distribution mode,urban logistics distribution and location is obvious.In addition,customers have relatively high requirements on service attitude,which makes the original commodity distribution mode and speed difficult to adapt to the requirements of commodity distribution under the new form.On the other hand,the development of e-commerce and the economic development of the Internet of things promote the material flow of goods distribution to increase greatly,which puts forward higher requirements for optimizing the distribution path and improving the distribution speed of logistics companies.Based on a large number of previous studies,this paper takes Taiyuan Jingdong Logistics Park as an example to conduct in-depth research and analysis on commodity distribution.Based on sorting and analyzing a large number of domestic and international logistics distribution and logistics distribution path optimization is proposed on the basis of the taiyuan jingdong logistics park goods distribution path optimization research topic,through to the taiyuan jingdong logistics park distribution present situation and existing problems,and the choice of the direction of improvement and optimization algorithm were analyzed,and determine the meaning of the article research,direction,research ideas and optimization methods.Relevant research results are used to guide logistics enterprises to plan and optimize logistics distribution path and provide theoretical basis.Detailed analysis is carried out from the following aspects:First,VRP mode is mainly adopted,but relevant calculation and data processing are established on the basis of big data analysis.Second,by analyzing the existing distribution model of Jingdong Taiyuan Logistics Park and its advantages and disadvantages,the optimal research direction is determined to solve the problems of poor timeliness and high distribution cost.Thirdly,by analyzing the components of commodity distribution routes of Jingdong Taiyuan Logistics Park,the construction of distribution center,regional division of urban logistics distribution points,and optimization design of different commodity and vehicle selection are realized.Fourth,analyze the design and relevant operation steps of the commodity distribution process of Jingdong Taiyuan Logistics Park,and put forward detailed optimization design scheme from the aspects of customers,time and path according to the existing problems;Fifth,it analyzes the distribution route planning and design mode and operational technical points of JINGdong Taiyuan Logistics Park,and determines the specific operation mode and calculation method of commodity distribution route optimization.Sixth,based on the concrete implementation plan of jingdong Taiyuan Logistics Park's optimization of commodity distribution,including management team construction,system construction,order processing and personnel training,the basic way of construction guarantee measures is proposed.Based on the research results of logistics distribution optimization at home and abroad,combined with the distribution path status and path optimization research of Taiyuan Jingdong Logistics Park,this paper is used to guide logistics enterprises to plan and optimize related logistics distribution path and provide theoretical basis,which has certain practical significance to the optimization of logistics distribution path.
