Fresh agricultural products play an important role in community group purchase,and it is very important for the development of community group purchase enterprises to manage fresh agricultural products well.It is a difficult problem to satisfy the demand of community group purchase consumers and reduce the cost of supply chain at the same time.The rapid development of community group purchase,coupled with the characteristics of fresh agricultural products with their own growth cycle,perishable,and other characteristics,community group purchase often appear fresh agricultural products out of stock and supply and demand mismatch,the main reason for these problems is that there is no reasonable demand forecast on the demand side.Therefore,The System dynamics simulation optimization method was presented to analyze the operation of a community group purchase supply chain for fresh agricultural products from a supply chain management point of view.This model of the community group purchase supply chain for fresh agricultural products was created prior to and after the demand forecast was established to investigate this issue,and the solution was then put forward.Utilizing the System dynamics method and Vensim PLE software,this paper constructs an unpredicted demand model and an adaptive dynamic demand model to analyze the primary issues of community group buying of fresh agricultural products.The main results are: the two models demonstrate superior performance in terms of shared inventory,supply chain gross profit and demand alteration when compared to the dynamic demand model.Secondly,Simulation results demonstrate that,in order to optimize the supply chain,maximize profit and enhance efficiency,the following steps can be taken:(1)decreasing delivery time can decrease shared inventory fluctuation,thereby lowering inventory cost;(2)augmenting promotion price effect K is advantageous to boost the platform’s order quantity;(3)and augmenting the number of pick-up points,i.e.the number of pick-up points associated with a grid warehouse,can raise order density in a given region and realize the scale benefit.therefore,the marginal cost can be reduced.(4)Increase the fresh-keeping input to reduce the loss of shared storage,the loss of shared warehouse can be reduced,the level of shared warehouse can be increased,the inventory cost can be reduced,and the investment of fresh-keeping equipment can prolong the period of fresh-keeping of agricultural products and increase the purchasing rate of consumers,at the same time,the total profit of the supply chain also increased.In order to make the community group purchase of fresh agricultural products develop reasonably,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as forecasting the fluctuating information of consumer;s market demand,reducing the time of arrival of goods while ensuring to meet the market demand,making reasonable promotion plan to attract consumers,increasing the number of self-raising points,improving the quality management of agricultural products standardization and increasing the investment of fresh-keeping.The paper’s primary invention is to investigate the supply chain of community groups’ procurement of fresh agricultural products.The significance of market demand forecast to the formation of fresh agricultural product purchase enterprises in community groups was deliberated,with the System dynamics models of the System dynamics before and after demand forecast being constructed.
