With the frequent occurrence of food safety accidents and the increasing pursuit of fresh produce quality,it is crucial to ensure a high-quality fresh produce supply chain.This study utilizes the decentralized nature of blockchain technology to address the issues of a pain point in the fresh produce supply chain,including the difficulty of traceability,high transaction cost,supervision,and opaque supply chain.This study mainly makes the following contributions:First,analyze the shortcomings of the currently available fresh produce supply chain systems and analyze and sort out the key players and information.Design a fresh produce supply chain system solution that meets the market demand and user needs.The solution introduces edge computing to solve the problems of high load,slow query speed and privacy data protection in fresh agricultural products supply chain,thus improving the blockchain system performance and the ability to identify,locate and track the status of agricultural products in real time,and providing more support and security for the production,distribution and sale of fresh agricultural products.Then,by analyzing blockchain technology,the most novel fresh agricultural products supply chain system model with dual-chain architecture is designed,which adopts two chains for detailed product traceability information supervision and product transaction control execution respectively,effectively solving the problems existing in traditional agricultural products supply chain architecture,realizing traceability supervision and information interaction security,and for transaction information,adopting distributed ledger technology for storing to For the transaction information,distributed ledger technology is used to store to the transaction chain to realize the security and privacy protection of information interaction and avoid the risk of malicious tampering of information.The product information chain stores the traceability information of products from production to sale,and carries out traceability supervision of the whole chain to ensure that the data will not be tampered with at will.The model not only achieves traceability,high transparency and information sharing in the fresh agricultural products supply chain,but also well ensures the privacy and security of enterprises.Compared with other blockchain-based supply chain systems,this system has higher data interactivity and more reliability of transactions among the nodes in each link of the supply chain,which also effectively enhances the traceability quality and supervision efficiency of fresh agricultural products.The Hyperledger Caliper tool is also used to test the metrics such as throughput and transmission delay of this transaction system to verify the superiority of the system model of this dual-chain architecture.Finally,the blockchain development environment is built based on Hyperledger Fabric,and the fresh agricultural products supply chain system is developed and implemented using Go language to realize the information traceability and transaction support process of fresh agricultural products,and the blockchain network transaction process in the system model is better visualized through a case of transportation proposal.The results of the test indicate that the proposed system has complete transaction functions and good operation efficiency on the basis of ensuring information security,and the performance of the system is tested using docker technology,verifying that the fresh agricultural products supply chain system under this system model has good performance and outstanding advantages in terms of transparent traceability,information sharing,real-time control of scheduling and interactivity of each link of the supply chain.
