Fresh agricultural products are perishable and require high refrigeration technology in the process of transportation and storage,resulting in a very high carbon emissions in the distribution.With the improvement of consumers’ freshness preference and environmental awareness,as well as the national emphasis on carbon emissions,enterprises in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products should not only consider improving freshness to increase economic benefits,but also consider the social responsibility of low carbon and environmental protection in their business decisions.The application of blockchain technology can make consumers know the real preservation information and emission reduction information,improve the level of green trust of consumers,and then expand the market demand for fresh agricultural products.In this context,this paper takes a three-level fresh produce supply chain composed of a manufacturer,a third-party logistics service provider(TPLSP)and a retailer as the research object,and considers the impact of consumer environmental awareness,freshness preference and green trust level on demand.Compared and analyzed the carbon emission reduction level,freshness-keeping effort level,pricing and other decisions and benefits under different decision modes when applying blockchain technology,and designed two contract coordination mechanisms:"revenue sharing+double cost sharing+price discount" and "two-part tariff+revenue sharing+double cost sharing+price discount".The results show that:(1)When the blockchain technology is not applied,the decision-making and revenue of each enterprise in the supply chain are positively correlated with the level of green trust of consumers;(2)Application of blockchain technology can reduce transaction costs and improve consumers’ green trust level,so the supply chain profit when blockchain technology is applied under decentralized decision-making is better than that when blockchain technology is not applied;(3)When the cost sharing ratio of blockchain technology application is high between suppliers and retailers,the wholesale price,service price and retail price of fresh products per unit will be lower than that without blockchain technology,and the wholesale price and service price will decrease with the increase of blockchain technology application cost;(4)Under any decision-making mode,the decision-making and revenue of each enterprise in the supply chain will increase with the improvement of consumers’ environmental awareness and freshness preference,and decrease with the increase of carbon emission reduction cost and preservation cost;(5)When consumers have high environmental awareness and freshness preference,the retail price of fresh products per unit is the highest under decentralized decision-making when blockchain technology is applied,and the profit of supply chain system under centralized decision-making is better than that under decentralized decision-making;(6)When the parameters are controlled within a reasonable threshold range,the contract coordination mechanism of "two-part tariff+revenue sharing+double cost sharing+price discount" can achieve Pareto improvement of the economic benefits of all participating enterprises in the supply chain.For the supply chain of fresh agricultural products from the perspective of blockchain and low-carbon,TPLSP increasing the cost sharing ratio of blockchain technology application,can increase the retail price of fresh agricultural products,and the TPLSP shall organize enterprises as contract coordination mechanism,lead the suppliers and retailers to realize the rapid development of low carbon fresh agricultural products supply chain,and then to the economy of the whole society and ecology civilization construction to play a bigger role.
