Fresh produce is the important guarantee for development of human health.As its vector,fresh agricultural product supply chain has always been the focus in the academia and business circles.The application of epc system network and NFC plays an important role in the intelligent management and traceability of fresh agricultural product supply chain.The intelligent management and traceability of fresh produce supply chain are based on traceable data information management.The urgent problem which should be solved presently is the collection, storage,handling,analysis and visualization of fresh produce data information during the whole process.Currently,the study of fresh produce supply chain traceable system is still in its infancy,the system with NFC which can make it traceable is still in a blank stage.There will be various challenges in the research process:(1)The uncertainty of collection,storage, handling, analysis and visualization of data will be caused by dynamic,complexity and periodicity of data in the system of fresh produce supply chain.(2)Whether the characteristics of epc system network and NFC can improve the agility and performance of fresh produce supply chain and control the market needs to be discussed and researched in depth.(3)There should be integration of various modules for data collection terminals of fresh produce supply chain traceable system.Whether the various modules can be integrated successfully is the fundamental guarantee of the traceable system.(4)Traceable system is a complicated system,which involves in a large amount of data with different formats.Thus the capacity of management for a variety of data and the carrying capacity of the traceable system bring certain risks for application of the system.(5)Because of the public welfare and compatible inferiority of agriculture,fresh produce supply chain has poor profitability and a serious shortage of capital accumulation,which will has a negative impact on construction and application of fresh produce supply chain traceable system.Based on the above background,according to the forefront of modern supply chain theory and development,and focus on the technology-based networking architecture,the value,design,development and application of fresh produce supply chain traceable system are studied systematically by author in this article.1、On the analysis of application cases in various fields about using IOT(Internet of things) and NFC(Near Field Communication) technology,the application of fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system using the theory of IOT and NFC technology are detailed described and summarized.Constructing fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system by using the IOT architecture and NFC technology,we can realize transparent and intelligent management of fresh agricultural products logistics and information flow in the supply chain,ascending information sharing transparency between node enterprises and members of supply chains,promoting full cooperation in the supply chains,informationizing and intelligentizing the supply chain management of fresh agricultural products,creating favorable conditions for fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability and comprehensive quality management.On the analysis of application cases in various fields about using IOT(Internet of things) and NFC(Near Field Communication) technology,the application of fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system using the theory of IOT and NFC technology are detailed described and summarized. Constructing fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system by using the IOT architecture and NFC technology,we can realize transparent and intelligent management of fresh agricultural products logistics and information flow in the supply chain,ascending information sharing transparency between node enterprises and members of supply chains,promoting full cooperation in the supply chains,informationizing and intelligentizing the supply chain management of fresh agricultural products,creating favorable conditions for fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability and comprehensive quality management.Puting forward and verifying the NFC technology value assumption for fresh agricultural products supply chain applications:(1)According to the the research paradigm of value,in accordance with the transfer process of value:NFC technology flexibility—supply chain agility—Supply chain performance.The proposed hypothesis test is examined by using least square method and the raw data obtained through questionnaire survey processed by various method.Test results show that the flexibility and integrity of NFC technology have positive impact to the agilities of fresh agricultural products supply chains operation,cooperation and consumer, improving the supply chain performance obviously.It is illustrated that the application of NFC technology can obviously improve the ability of fresh agricultural products supply chain to deal with internal and external environmental changes.(2)put forward and verified that the value assumption of agilities of fresh agricultural products supply chains operation, cooperation and consumer.Test results shows that the relevant assumptions is supported by using the same test method.(3)For the influence of NFC technology to fresh agricultural products supply chain inventory losses,effective demand and purchasing strategy,We build problem model and analyze the value of the application of NFC technology.The analysis results show that the NFC technology can significantly enhance the management level of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduce supply chain inventory loss.2、Data acquisition terminal, acquisition terminal module and communication interface between the peripherals are designed on the bases of BD,GSM and NFC technology.At the same time, we planed the physical storage structure of NFC tags, implemented t DES and RSA encryption algorithm of NFC tags. Based on the theory of Internet of things, fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system is divided into physical layer, service layer, data layer and application layer.A traceability system information process is designed, building the traceability system of business management,user queries and government supervision module.3、The traceability system database of fresh agricultural products supply chain is designed and implemented.The database use SQL SERVER 2008 and B/S structure. According to the need of the traceability,the forms of product items and production bases are designed,designing the properties of the forms,the data type and field length,building the data information processing process and server data table, designing the traceability system database interface,designing a variety of NFC tags management program.On this basis,the data collection process and query interface can be accessed by the firms government and consumers.4 、 The hardware resources of fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system is analyzed and figured out and.It is deployed using the resources of cooperative firms.The application system uses two sets of minicomputers of IBM Power 750 4 core 3.50 GHz with 32 GB of memory,2T of hard drive capacity,configuring the various parameters of the system.For fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system,the section of production,processing, distribution and sales information query was tested,the test results show that the system resources of hardware and software can meet the current needs of the supply chain cooperation.On the basis of analyzing the structure of the traceability system business model,business model elements,the internal factors and external influence factors of the traceability system business module,the countermeasures and suggestions of the traceability system are put forward.
