| Traditional manufacturing enterprises need molds to produce parts,and the use of molds in production has problems such as unclear usage,unknown storage,and low efficiency.Building an advanced mold management system has become an inevitable choice for traditional enterprises to upgrade and transform.The existing mold management system is only used as a ledger to register the use of fixed assets,and cannot monitor the real-time status of molds.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a mold management system based on the theory of information management,combined with a micro-service framework;at the same time,studies the mold fault detection model and workflow management,so that enterprises can avoid product defects,production delays and Increased costs and other issues,and strengthen the integration of internal business processes.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)For the design and implementation of the mold management system,the software architecture of the system is designed by combing the business processes of mold design,manufacturing,warehousing,upper and lower molds,and maintenance,combined with the micro-service framework of front-end and back-end separation.(2)Aiming at the problem of high cost caused by the failure of the mold in the production process,combining the advantages of CNN and LSTM,a research on mold fault detection technology based on improved 1D(one-dimensional)-CNN-LSTM was constructed,by retaining the vibration signal The time series features can improve the accuracy of mold fault detection.(3)Aiming at the high complexity of the mold management process,a light-weight workflow engine is constructed by using the hierarchical storage idea and node recursive sorting algorithm,and the complex process of mold management is visually arranged by workflow technology.(4)According to the business requirements of mold management,according to the mold management plan,build a mold management system to realize the free scheduling of molds,and conduct a number of tests after the completion of system development to ensure that it can operate normally and achieve the expected results.The research results show that the design and implementation of the mold management system using the micro-service architecture meets the needs of high scalability and easy maintenance of the system,and realizes the effective control and visualization of mold information;in addition,using the improved 1D-CNN-LSTM model Mold fault detection technology can feed back accurate mold fault detection results to the production department,so as to do relevant disaster recovery processing in advance;combined with workflow technology,the internal data of the enterprise can be effectively managed and controlled,and business operations can be better realized.streamlined information processing. |
