In the turbine blade mould production, mould production and design are inseparable, the mould production is a key aspect in component manufacturing, so how to realize mould design and mould precision control has become a key aspect of affecting component product precision. This thesis focused on the establishment of a fully integrated information management system from the mold design to the mold, realized the dynamic control of mould manufacturing process by application of this system,enhanced the production management much better, so as to make the turbine blade mould production more competitive.Combined with the related requirements of turbine blade mold production management and many survey, this topic is accomplished with the platform of Myeclipse according to the theory of software development and project management theory, by systematically using Struts technology, the current popular Spring technology and database access technology, MVC design pattern, and the mature SQL Server 2005 database technology.According to the software engineering analysis process, the system firstly make a detailed introduction of the relevant technology, and then has carried on the demand analysis for the system, including feasibility analysis, functional analysis and non- functional analysis. Then the system was designed from the aspects of the outline design, detailed design and the database design.In the part of system implementation,we made a research from aspects of system realization environment, database realization and the realization of turbine blade mould production management system based on B/S,among which there are four modules including the mold design management module, mold processing management module and mold-test management module.In the aspect of the database access,we designed a Data class to realize all the database access, so improved the efficiency of program development and code reuse rate, which is good to maintain programs. Finally,the system test shows that the system runs well, and can meet the needs of enterprises.
