| In the practice of media industry development, the phenomenon of industrial clusters has been widespread, especially in a number of international competitive media industry, the development of the formation of the cluster model in China's media industry has also horizon. The clusters of media industry are always as a unit to participate in the competition and cooperation of outside, and at the same time, living and keeping interaction and competition with all kinds of media enterprises and in the media clusters, so they can facilitate to collect aggregate resources both of internal and external markets and to obtain a competitive advantage. In the international market, comparing the media industry with developed countries, China stands on the strength of disparity. Therefore, the development strategies of industrial clusters used properly or not, is not only related to the application and establishment of development strategy of China's media industry clusters, but also to live in the cruel domestic environment.And whether they can in the domestic market withstand the impact of foreign media, is also related to China's media going abroad and building a competitive multinational media group. In this context, this article is based on the general principles of economics and management, trying to sort out the context of clusters development in international media industry, analyse the development status and trends of China's media industry clusters and build the media industry cluster development strategy in the theoretical framework.This study route is to analyse the international media industry clusters development at first, then use the pattern and mode piled up by the SWOT analysis to analyse the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and risks of China's media industry clusters, and accordingly conclude that the cluster-based development strategy, at last, attempt to make strategic development decisions, clear the development directions of China's media industry clusters, and from the three levels of the enterprise, regional clusters and government to develop strategies suggestions.There are four main points of this article:(1) the formation of domestic and international media industry cluster size of the symbiotic, balanced competition, and external to the cluster as the unit involved in the pattern of competition and cooperation; (2) drawing on SWOT analysis for the development strategy of media industry cluster; (3) regionalization, networking and cultural industries as a whole towards the realization of China's media industry cluster development and direction of the strategy and tactics; (4) Global Perspective of China's media industry cluster development strategies from the business operation, clustering and the government three different levels, layers of depth and cross-cutting manner. |
