Research On Health Narrative Of WeChat Public Account "Boluo Factor" Cancer Topic

Health narrative is one of the focuses of research in the field of health communication.As a currently neglected social group,the telling of health knowledge of cancer patients can enrich the understanding of narrative behavior and pay attention to the dignity and feelings of cancer patients.As an influential cancer science popularization account,"Boluo Factor" also summons cancer patients to narrate their disease experiences on the public account and tell stories while carrying out cancer science popularization.This paper takes the health narrative text of We Chat public account "Boluo Factor" as the research object,and uses the content analysis method and text analysis method to explore from three aspects: narrative theme,narrative mode and narrative discourse.The study found that the themes of health narrative mainly focus on emotional expression,daily life changes,knowledge sharing and disease experience.In terms of narrative mode,more attention is paid to the combination of multiple ways to express the narrative content and deepen the influence on the narrative recipient.In the process of narration,the narrator uses an internal perspective and a combination of narrative and flashback to present the discourse,which helps to highlight the organization and expression logic behind the text.
