Research On Health Communication In The Context Of Social Media

Taking the people as the center,we should give priority to the protection of the people's health.The people's health is the reality of their happy life,which has a fundamental position in promoting economic and social development and national overall strategy,and building a happy society.Media society should pay full attention to the value of social media in the process of spreading health science information,use social media scientifically and rationally to spread health life information,comprehensively improve the quality and ability of media users to disseminate information and their media use consciousness,and promote the construction of a new era of healthy society for all.Based on the information society and from the perspective of the use of social media,this paper comprehensively analyzes the behavior and consciousness of social media in the process of health information dissemination,and pays attention to the new coronary epidemic cases in2020.Questionnaire survey,case study and content analysis are adopted.The contents of the questionnaire include: the personal information of the subjects,the demand for social media health communication information.The results show that: in the health related information dissemination of social media in China,the social health platform of large-scale commercial network carries more health related information dissemination,but in terms of users' recognition of the health related information transmitted by the main body of dissemination,the public more recognizes the social media sponsored by the authoritative medical and health department;in the health related information dissemination,the social media is more popular In terms of cognition,most people choose to search for health information by active search,which is random and blind,and lack of social media that netizens trust and recognize;some people lack professional consciousness in understanding and using the health information transmitted by social media;from the effect of social media health communication,the public trust in the information transmitted by social media The temperature is low.The results requires that China's authoritative medical and health departments should give full play to their own advantages,continue to provide scientific,comprehensive,rich,timely and popular health information for the public,strive to improve the authority,scientificity,leading and popularization of health information dissemination,and promote the authority and popularity of national health information receiving media The consciousness of media literacy and the scientific use of information.We should pay attention to improve and popularize the media literacy of social media users in the process of receiving health information,build a scientific node of group health information communication network,focus on discovering and summarizing the rules of health information communication in the context of social media,strengthen the construction of social media platform of authoritative medical institutions,especially make it play a leading role in health information communication;Strengthen the supervision and sorting of social media health information dissemination,strengthen the construction of social media health information dissemination laws and regulations;improve the social media users' scientific consciousness of health information dissemination,enhance their health information dissemination literacy,enhance their sense of social responsibility in the process of dissemination,strictly abide by the bottom line of law and ethics,and cultivate the ability to use health information The ability of identification,analysis,screening and utilization in the process of receiving health information.
