Research On Monitoring Software Project Quality Management Based On DevOps

With the rapid development of the Internet software industry,the increase in the number and scale of users has increased the complexity of monitoring software projects.Monitoring software projects usually cannot meet the requirements of realtime effectiveness,fast version iteration,etc.At the same time,problems such as nonstandard management and inconsistent quality standards exist in the Software development process,which is likely to cause huge losses such as delays in the construction period of software projects.Therefore,strengthening the quality management of monitoring software projects is of great significance for the smooth completion of the project.This article combines DevOps to conduct quality management research on internet software enterprise monitoring software projects.The specific research content includes three aspects: the current status of monitoring software project quality management,a monitoring software project quality management model based on DevOps,and empirical analysis:The paper mainly conducts research on the current status of quality management in monitoring software projects,the quality management model of monitoring software projects based on DevOps,and empirical analysis:(1)Analysis of the current status of quality management in monitoring software projects.Collect and organize relevant literature,analyze and summarize the current research status of software project quality management at home and abroad,use expert interviews to collect the current status and problems of monitoring project quality management in internet software enterprises,and use brainstorming method and Ishikawa diagram to analyze the root causes of problems;(2)Construction of a quality management model for monitoring software projects based on DevOps.Combining the theory of total quality management and lean thought management,the quality management model of monitoring software projects based on DevOps is constructed.This model divides the quality management process of software projects into three dimensions according to the quality trilogy proposed by Juran: quality control during the requirements analysis phase of software projects,quality control during the design and development phase of software projects,and quality control during the operation and maintenance phase of software projects;(3)Empirical analysis.Taking the maintenance cloud project of G company as an example,the monitoring software project quality management model based on DevOps is used to analyze the quality problems existing in the maintenance cloud project and reveal the reasons,respectively calculate the process quality,product quality and customer satisfaction,analyze the deviations and propose improvement measures to improve the quality management level and software quality of G company.The research of this paper can provide strategic reference for quality management in the software development process of G company’s maintenance cloud project,and also can provide reference value for quality management in the development process of other similar internet software companies’ monitoring software projects.
