In recent years, the importance of the call of the times to "tell China’s story well" has become more and more prominent. As a witness and recorder of nation and national history, the history museum should pay more attention to the story transformation of the exhibition.Based on narratology and the research results of news narratology, this paper starts from the three perspectives of museum exhibition narrative sound, museum exhibition narrative grammar, museum exhibition narrative discourse, and focuses on the exhibition narrative status of the Haihunhou Guo Ruins Museum in the Han Dynasty in Nanchang. As one of the important cultural landmarks in Jiangxi Province, the construction and dissemination effects of Nanchang Han Dynasty Haihunhou Guo Ruins Museum have always attracted the attention of the industry and academia.Through the research of this paper,it can be seen that the Haihunhou Museum has first seen the form of the exhibition narrative, and the most prominent part of the exhibition narrative is concentrated in the Golden Haihun Pavilion part, which unfolds through the omniscient perspective of incomplete third-person witnesses, with the juxtaposed narrative combination and the inclusive narrative combination as the core framework of the narrative, with the help of the shun narrative, through the series nested structure, the story line of the exhibition narrative is linked with the plot, supplemented by multi-form cross-media display, the story and arrangement of the Haihun Marquis in the Western Han Dynasty. However, there are also obvious deficiencies in the exhibition narrative of the Sea Dusk Museum, such as a single narrative perspective, lack of narrative exhibition structure, and separate interactive exhibition hall settings, which make it difficult for the Sea Dusk Museum to get rid of the traditional history museum exhibition narrative as a whole. Therefore, this paper takes narrative theory as the starting point, combined with the current situation of exhibition narrative of Haihunhou Museum, and provides the following suggestions for the story transformation of Haihunhou Museum for the three major parts of research: In improving the narrative voice of the exhibition,Haihunhou Museum should gather people’s wisdom and adopt a variety of personal narrative perspectives; In terms of enriching the narrative grammar of the exhibition, the Haihunhou Museum should make good use of narrative combinations to construct exhibition stories; The Haihunhou Museum should pay attention to the construction of the narrative discourse of the exhibition, and flexibly summarize the narrative structure while grasping the narrative time.It is hoped that this article can contribute to the smooth transformation and upgrading of the exhibition narrative of Haihunhou Museum, better go out as the "business card" of Jiangxi Ganpo, and contribute to China’s goal of basically building a world museum power by 2035.
