| Compared to previous popular science forms such as text and pictures,short popular science videos are more vivid and intuitive,and have become an important carrier of knowledge dissemination.However,while short popular science videos provide opportunities for popular science work,they are also accompanied by challenges.Currently,short popular science videos have encountered problems such as serious content homogenization and low content of video knowledge,affecting the dissemination value and effectiveness of short popular science videos.How to enhance the dissemination value of popular science short videos,enhance the dissemination effect of popular science short videos,and improve video creation and dissemination has become a practical problem that the creators of popular science short videos have solved.By sorting out the key factors that affect the dissemination value of popular science short videos,and constructing an evaluation index system for the dissemination value of popular science short videos,it can provide reference for the creation of popular science short videos.Based on literature research,this article summarizes the research on the award selection criteria and existing indicator systems for domestic popular science short video competitions,and preliminarily determines the evaluation indicators for the dissemination value of popular science short video from the four dimensions of video theme,video content,performance forms,and video production.Based on the Delphi method,the initially selected indicators were screened,and then based on the analytic hierarchy process,a hierarchical structure model and a judgment matrix for the dissemination value of popular science short videos were established.The evaluation indicators were assigned using the Yaahp analytic hierarchy process software.Finally,four primary indicators,namely,video theme,video content,presentation form,and video production,were determined,which were scientific,practical,timely,novel,objective,and comprehensive in content The evaluation index system for the dissemination value of popular science short videos consists of 15 secondary indicators,including content accuracy,content logic,content originality,expression interest,expression comprehensibility,diversity of presentation forms,clear video quality,appropriate background music,and visual design aesthetics.According to the constructed evaluation system for the dissemination value of popular science short videos,an empirical study was conducted on the dissemination value of videos using the representative popular science short videos of the Bilibili video platform as a research case.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to conduct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the case,and the evaluation scores of each video were calculated to verify the optimized evaluation index system for the dissemination value of popular science short videos.Finally,based on the results of the empirical study,the paper summarizes the shortcomings of the evaluation index system of the communication value of short popular science videos in this study,and prospects future research direction,so as to gradually improve the evaluation index system of the communication value of short popular science videos,and promote the continuous deepening of the research in this field. |
